Assignments
Estimate
Before the start of any investigation an investigative plan is defined which indicates the necessary activities, number of persons and resources to be used, estimated expenses (mileage, transfers etc.) and the expenditure estimate, or, in more complex cases, the assumable expenditure ceiling, to exceed which the informed and explicit approval of the client must be requested.

Contract
The investigative mandate is drawn up in writing, with the signature of a form containing the "general conditions" of contract and the transmission of the copy of his identity document with photograph.
Method of payment
At assignment an expense allowance normally equal to 50% of the estimate is requested; the balance is due at delivery of the result of the investigations.
